White Ibis and Blue Heron are a daughter-father crime-fighting duo. Heron is the much more slow, street fighting of the two whereas Ibis is more skilled in her martial arts and agile. The two have a generally good relationship but it's strained by Heron's overly watchful eye. They're both Emissaries of Justice who'll be introduced in arc 2.
